Sales Sheet

First thing and it has to be said. Never represent Food Fair as being in any way involved with the NRA show.

We are an independent publisher now in our 14th year at the show. (We have had clients with us for the entire time.) If they have never heard of Food Fair tell them it's the sister publication to Foodservice Daily News. If they are still lost, they are probably new to the show.

The all new coupon program price will raise next year to $780.

When there is an interested client for coupons, there is a chance for an up sell to a display ad by offering the display ad at 50% off.

Ask for the marketing manager or individual handling the NRA show.

This is a 6.75" wide x 4" high postcard sized coupon, gloss color, that is in a booklet with (15 only) other coupons. It is delivered with the magazine inside the poly bag, on the front of the magazine, so it's easily seen.

This comes with the full deal which is a 1/8th page booth locator display ad and placement in What's New NRA 18! another great place to be found in the print magazine.

This also goes in the digital version to 35,000 of course.

On the website we will provide you with a dedicated web page where your press releases and coupon offer will reside for a year. We SEO tag the page so Google can easily find you.

Finally to top off the coupon promo we will send out a newsletter with all the coupons that attendees can scroll though before the show. They will see this at about the same time the magazine is mailed in the beginning of May.

Let me talk to the publisher about this price.

BOB if I can get this to the $3,000 area, do you think you can move forward?

Note:

We can use some tricks like:

an advertiser is not moving forward and the position is vacant with some deposit on it, so let me see if I can work with the publisher to offer a bit of a discount.

Take them online if possible, get em to look at the magazine and the BusinessFocus work.

It sells itself to people who can spend a little coin.

$3,000 is acceptable.

$2,500 only as a last resort.

No lower on the BusinessFocus offer.

Full page lowest is $750

That's for a fast close and by the end of the campaign we can use the client drop out and need to fill asap pitch.

This is something you could leave on a voice mail.

Seems it's hard to get through to people these days and an email is given.

In that case use a brief body text with the PDF. (which will be simplified some soon,)

Simple, to the point in a minimum of words.

Every advertiser regardless of purchase, Full, half, quarter page, Business Focus or

Coupon receives the following:

  • 1/8th page display booth locator ad (another place to be seen)

  • placement in What's New NRA 18! (40 words, product shot, logo and booth number)

  • Box ad on website for a year (125 px square)
