What we do:
Food Fair magazine publishes quarterly with one issue print/digital and three as straight digital.
We originally surfaced as a b2b trade show daily publisher at the Ntl. Restaurant Association Show in Chicago in 2005 under the banner of Foodservice Daily News. Since then the name has changed, as has the content, having been expanded in both editorial and multimedia delivery.
This year look for a very special offer as we launch our quarterly issues for 2020.
2020 will see a big move in the social media space with Instagram and the publishing of a blog - "The Food Fair Social".
The audience across all platforms comprises restaurant owners, managers, chain store buyers, and chefs in all specialties.
The content extends from management practices, wireless kitchens, the front room, the latest innovations in products and services, and restaurateur and chef interviews.
Our Spring NRA Show Issue is our Buyer's Guide issue which is almost exclusively devoted to editorializing the show. For this we produce a special print mailing to 5,000 foodservice operators registered for the show. The email list for this issue is expanded as well to include 25,000 additional digital recipients.
The media kit has been simplified to reflect only the 4 most popular programs. We have kept the prices low despite the added marketing in the quarterly digital issues which is new for 2020. We feel it is simple and more effective at the end of the day to run a single bundled package as is offered in the programs below.
